Wednesday from 7:30 to 9:00pm focusing on Bagua and Xingyi. Also includes Sunday morning casual Tai Chi class and Qigong. Ages 13 and up.

internal and external kung fu combo

Both Kung Fu and Internal Kung Fu, Monday and Wednesday evenings, includes Sunday morning classes too.
